While traveling from Florida to Western New York we developed a serious problem with our jet ski trailer. With bailing wire and chewing gum we were able to nurse it to Beckley WV and from the hotel we found Swampfox Motorsports on line. We arrived at the dealership prior to their opening. Mr. Smith and his entire staff went out of their way to prepare a new trailer for us and transfer our jet ski to the new trailer. The entire process took less than and hour and a half. The friendly kind hearted customer service extended to me in a desperate situation was duly noted. I would strongly recommend Swampfox Motorsports for anyone needing their products or service. Our 15 month RZR broke down on the Hatfield McCoy Trails- we brought it into Swampy Fox Dealer early Saturday morning- every single employee there bent over backwards to give the utmost concern, hospitality, and service! It was a broken seal. Service dept fixed it on the spot- without us even having an appointment! And didn't rake us over the coals! Utmost respect for the group at Swampy Fox!! Would make the trip to purchase from them after they treated us so well! And had us out the door and back on the trails after lunch !

Chris is a great nonpreasure salesman , couldn't get to the dealership by closing time and He waited couple of hours late to accomadate me. Harley the mechanic same way rushed to get my wifes bike finished ( a bike bought else where ) by quiting time then delivered it halfway home so we could ride the next day. My first Polaris purchase and wow did I choose the right dealership! I was looking for a new 2014 Ranger XP900 and Swampfox had just put one on the floor. Being from out of town, I was able to discuss my trade and make my deal with Dale over the phone. I consider my time valuable and so did Dale!
